Lecturer: Nilhan Uzman, Pharm.

Nilhan Uzman is a pharmacist trained in Turkey. She has a background in the pharmaceutical industry. She is the Global Lead for Education and Primary Health Care Policies at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). Her primary focus is developing and delivering FIP’s strategy towards advancing pharmaceutical education and strengthening pharmacy in delivering primary health care. Nilhan is leading FIP’s global initiatives, such as FIP’s Women in Science and Education – FIPWiSE – to empower women in these fields to achieve their full potential; Digital health in pharmacy education- to ensure pharmaceutical education digitally-enables pharmacists, and FIP-UNESCO UNITWIN faculty networks, which aims at improving academic capacity, implementing needs-based education strategies through educational partnerships around the world.
