NEPHAR590 Pharmacy Practice V exam announcement
- As in the posted ANNOUNCEMENT on June 03, 2020, here is the new revised summer term NEPHAR590 Pharmacy Practice V procedures.
- Since Covid19 Pandemic situation continues, entrance to TRNC needed quarantine for many citizens, there will be no face to face oral exam for this NEPHAR 590 Pharmacy Practice V.
- All pharmacy practice forms (Application Form, Student Pharmacy Practice Form with Photo, Pharmacist’s Evaluation Form and Attendance Form) must be stamped and signed by pharmacist and uploaded to UZEM system page.
- NEPHAR 590 Pharmacy Practice Manual must be filled with hand writing, approved by Pharmacist, and uploaded to UZEM system page.
- Uploading all these documents to UZEM system, will be completed September 20 to September 26, 2020. For this procedure, only UZEM page must be used. IF ANY ONE OF THE FORM ABSENT, STUDENT’S PHARMACY PRACTICE WILL NOT BE EVALUATED, STUDENT WILL FAIL. Any form submitted later then this period, will not be accepted.
- Written exam will be begin on day September 24, 2020 at 3.00 pm. Exam start and finish period will be given on UZEM system page. IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no re-sit or makeup exam. Taking technical measures are student’s own responsibility before or during exam..
- NEPHAR 590 Pharmacy Practice V grading will be as shown below:
