Dear Students;

You must submit all forms (Pharmacy Practice Application Form, Pharmacist’s Evaluation for Student Traineeship Performance, Student Traineeship Form, Student Attendance Sheet, and Practice Manual) that obtained from NEU Faculty of Pharmacy Web Page through UZEM until 21 September 2021.

For eligibility: No course for Summer Term 2021 that student is going to take first time. Should register PHA589 Course 2020-21 Fall.

Examinations (written and oral exams) links will be shared on PHA590 course UZEM page. For Written Exam (24 September 2021), please visit test exam announcement. You will see the link activation time (at 11.00,) and the duration of test exam.

For Oral Exam (26 September 2021), there will be a link for waiting room. At 13:00,  you have to join the waiting room and give your attendance. When the invigilator directs you, you have to join the oral exam link and have your oral exam. After the oral exam is completed, you have to leave the links.

Please be careful and do not miss. There will be no excuse exam.
