In addition to the exam admission document obtained from the Student Affairs Office, a second Exam Admission Document, which students will receive after completing evaluation questionnaires, was implemented for the first time in the last exam period

Student evaluations are of great importance for improving educational and training processes, assessing the effectiveness of current practices, and supporting future improvement efforts. To ensure the smooth and effective implementation of this application, it is strongly recommended that students complete the surveys carefully and in full.

Students may obtain their Exam Admission Documents by completing the relevant surveys via the links provided below. This information has also been announced to students on the UZEBİM main page.

To ensure the safe and orderly conduct of exams, faculty members may, if deemed necessary:

• Compare students’ Exam Admission Documents with their student ID cards, and/or
• Verify the document by scanning the QR code on the Exam Admission Document.

Students who do not present their “Exam Admission Document” will not be allowed to take the exam, especially starting tomorrow.
