As of the 2024-2025 Spring Semester, it has been made mandatory to make a reservation in advance for the exams of the courses coded AİT100-101-102, AİT200-103-104, TUR100-101-102, YİT100-101-102, BİL100-101-102, COM100-101-102, İNG100-101-102, ENG100-101-102. The exam dates are between March 11, 2025 and May 21, 2025, and all our students must make a reservation at uzebim.digital/odk between the specified dates and participate in the exams. Although the coordinators received numerous feedbacks indicating that the quotas were full, the e-exam coordinatorship determined during the system checks that only 45% of the reservations until May 21 were full. Therefore, it is of great importance for our students to carefully examine the open time slots during reservations.
Important Information:
- Laboratories are only open during certain hours. The reservation system only shows the slots that are open during these hours. The hours that are not visible in the system are not because they are full, but because the laboratory is closed during those hours.
- Reservations start at 09:30 every day and end at 16:00. There is a lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00. Reservations cannot be made during this time period.
- Previously reserved hours do not appear as “available” in the system. Therefore, reservations can only be made for the time slots that are actually available through the system.
- It is recommended that you carefully check the calendar and hour information in the announcement panels and the ODK system before making a reservation.
