• Practice Start Date: 01 July 2020 Wednesday
• Practice End Date: 19 September 2020 Saturday
• Written Exam: 22 September 2020 Tuesday
• Oral Exam: 23 September 2020 Wednesday

 

NEPHAR 491 Pharmacy Practice IV

(for students taking NEPHAR 590 as well)

• Practice Start Date: 08 June 2020 Monday
• Practice End Date: 30 June 2020 Tuesday

• Practice Start Date: 01 July 2020 Wednesday

The latest date to complete is 19 September 2020, Saturday. The practice should be completed during this period.

 

Important Announcement

• NEPHAR 590 start date for Turkish Cypriot Students only is June 8, 2020 Monday so that they could attend the board exam. End date is 15 August 2020 Saturday, written and oral exams will be on 17 August 2020, Monday.
• Turkish citizens who will do the practice in Turkey should submit the below information by 20 June 2020 Saturday to Practice Coordinator, Prof Dr Şahan SAYGI [email protected], for mandatory insurance payments.

 

Full Name, Surname, Turkish ID card number, city of practice, start and end dates of the practice.

Students who do not submit the information on time can NOT do their practice.

 

• Students should obtain and print out the practice application forms, student and pharmacist evaluation forms from NEU Faculty of Pharmacy website. Each student should have these forms signed by the pharmacist in charge and submit to the practice coordinator Prof Dr Şahan SAYGI upon completion of their practice. If there are missing or unsigned documents then the practice will NOT be evaluated.
